libklibc-dev software package provides kernel headers used during the build of klibc, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libklibc-dev
libklibc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libklibc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libklibc-dev *
You will get with libklibc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
